How we work with the client:
1. First meeting
Mutual presentations. We showcase our abilities while learning about the client's company, its industry, needs, style, and marketing goals. Together, we set up a date and time for the next conversation.
2. Second meeting
Telephone/Email. Depending on the type of project, a date to pick up any and all relevant materials is established. During this time, we finalize the details regarding the estimate and/or presentation of the designs. At this stage both parties sign a written contract, which outlines deadlines.
3. Showcase of new designs
Depending on the need and the type of project - we showcase multiple designs which contain the look and feel requested by the client. In case the client does not know which direction the design should go, we will come up with creative ideas. The designs are usually sent via email or posted on our website. The client then sends us any changes or corrections that are required in order to choose and accept a design.
4. Design acceptance
The accepted design by the client is the basis for its further development. In case it is required, additional materials are delivered (for example, additional pictures or changes in content)
5. Finished project
The final product is delivered when all corrections are made. The accepted and finished project, depending on its type - is sent to the client (newspaper, press) using email or through regular mail. The project can also be posted on an internet server (website).
